The law of access to information no 12,527 of 2011 regulates the constitutional right of citizens ‘ access to public information and applies to the three powers of the Union, the States, the Federal District and the Municipalities with effect from May 16, 2012.
The transparency Portal of the State of Minas Gerais, through the address www.transparencia.mg.gov.br, enables every citizen to have the access to information about the Executive Branch of the State of Minas Gerais required by law.
